REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY |

We will issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your item(s) within 10 days of purchase.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for ALL* shipping costs on returns back to TurnFIT®.
*TurnFIT® will cover the costs to mail back the defective product — please contact [email protected] if you have received a defective product.
We judge each possible return on a case by case basis as the SwapTRAP® being made from a textile it can be mistreated and we will not cover improper use. Any defects caused by manufacturing we will replace.
TurnFIT® Posing suits are a FINAL sale product due to hygiene concerns.
There are certain conditions as to only partial refunds are granted. Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts with only be partially refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after purchase. If a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your account.
If your refund is late or missing please follow these steps: If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
